Directions

The office is located in the Flanders Professional Building at 2250 N.W. Flanders Street, Suite 205 in Portland, Oregon.

We are easily accessible by Tri-Met bus:

Bus #15 stops at N.W. 23rd Avenue and Everett Street, 1/2 block west of our building.

Bus #20 stops at N.W. 23rd Avenue and West Burnside.

Free parking is available on the Everett Street side of our building.  A ramp leads from the parking lot to the first floor and the elevator.

Driving Directions

From the south:
Take I-5 North to Portland
Once approaching Portland, take the I-405 exit on the left towards City Center/Beaverton
Merge onto I-405 N
Take exit 2B towards Everett Street
Turn slight left onto 14th ave
Turn left onto Glisan
Turn left onto 22nd Avenue
Turn right onto Flanders St
Turn left into the parking lot to the large white building


From the north:
Take I-5 South towards Portland
Merge onto I-405 S toward Beaverton
Take exit 2B toward Everett Street
Stay straight to go onto NW 16th avenue
Turn right onto Flanders
Turn left into the parking lot to the large white building


From the west:
Take Highway 26
Merge onto I-405 N via the exit on the Left toward St. Helens/Seattle
Take Exit 2B toward Everett St
Turn slight left onto 14th ave
Turn left onto Glisan
Turn left onto 22nd Avenue
Turn right onto Flanders St
Turn left into the parking lot to the large white building


From the east:
Take I-84 towards Portland
Merge onto I-5 N toward Seattle
Merge onto I-405 via exit 302B towards St. Helens
Take exit 2B toward Everett Street

Turn right onto Flanders
Turn left into the parking lot to the large white building


Directions for NW Portland:
Our clinic is located in NW Portland one block north of Burnside and seven blocks south of Good Samaritan Hospital. We are between 22nd and 23rd street and there is an entrance on both Flanders and Everett Street. Our parking lot entrance is located on Everett Street and is adjacent to the Pottery Barn parking lot on the corner of 23rd and Everett.

From 23rd: follow 23rd street to the light at Everett Ave. Everett Street is a one way street, so no matter what direction you are going on 23rd, you to EAST on Everett. Off of Everett Street, our building is on the left, you will notice a sign marked Flanders Professional building parking. We are in suite 205.
