Our office is open 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.

To make an appointment, please call our appointment desk at 503-223-3104.
The receptionist will discuss appointment options for your preferred physician. At that time, you will be asked for a brief description of your dermatological problem, your insurance information, address and a phone number where you can be reached to confirm your appointment.

As we continue to improve our services, we are pleased to inform you that we are implementing a personalized appointment reminder system called HouseCalls. This system will provide our patients with the courtesy of a timely reminder for upcoming appointments.

Our appointment reminder system will call you at home prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the day, date, and time of your next appointment.
You will be prompted to confirm this appointment by pressing the ‘1’ key on your touch tone telephone keypad. You will also have the option of leaving a message for the doctor should you need to reschedule. If you are not available, the system will leave a message on your answering machine.

If you have an emergent situation and you need to speak with your physician after hours, please contact our answering service at 503-241-3417. They will contact your physician and have him or her return your call as soon as possible. Or, if your situation warrants, go to the nearest emergency room covered by your health plan and follow up with our office the next business day.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office at 503-223-3104 as soon as possible. This will allow another patient to use your scheduled time.
